Call for Papers

Paper Submission

Authors are requested to submit an abstract of the paper not exceeding two pages of A4 size in length including title, author's affiliation, abstract, figures and references in IEEE format. The material should be the original work of the author, which is not published in any other magazine or journals.

All submissions must have an additional page containing the paper title, author's affiliation, name of the corresponding author, complete mailing address, telephone, fax no., and e-mail. Please identify one Contact Person. On the same page, the author(s) should clearly summarize the novelty of their contribution and indicate the desired technical areas (maximum of two). No hard copies will be accepted.

Accepted Papers

The technical contents of all papers will be reviewed by an expert committee. Upon initial acceptance of the paper, the authors will be asked to send the full paper in electronic format The abstracts accepted by the committee board will be intimated to the authors by due date.

The Final Acceptance of the full papers for publication in the conference proceedings will again be intimated by due date.

Final papers must not exceed six pages including figures, tables and references. At least one author of each paper should register for the conference.

 

Instructions for Final Manuscript Preparation

§       The TITLE is to be centered at the top of page one, the author(s) name(s) typed below title, centered in upper and lower letters. Use full names of all authors, for proper identification in indexing.

§       The paper is to be typed in two-column format.

§       Single spacing is to be used.

§       The document should be in MS Word / Adobe PDF format.

§       Care must be taken in the construction of mathematical equations to insure that brackets and parentheses enclose proper terms and fractions are properly indicated by use of horizontal or slant rules.

Author(s) of accepted paper(s) while submitting their full paper(s) are requested to include their biodata in less than 100 words (Font Name: Times New Roman, Font Size: 9) along with photo (width: 135, height: 180 pixels in .jpg or .gif format only) for including in the proceedings of the conference. Biodata should contain information about qualification, work experience, organisation and email id (if any).

They are also requested to go through the conference topics (available in website under the link Theme & Topics) and identify their paper category in the subject line e.g. “E14 Computational Electromagnetics in EMC” while submitting the full paper by email.
