Exhibition
In connection with the INCEMIC 2010, SEMCE(I) will be
organising a technical exhibition of Products and Services
related to EMC on 25-26 Nov. 2010 at venue of conference.
The exhibition of EMI/EMC/RF-Microwave Components, EMI/EMC Test
Instrumentation and facilities and Analytical electromagnetic
tools for EMC design will be one of the major event of
INCEMIC-2010. Exhibitors are welcome to participate wholeheartedly
in this event.
Key decision makers, recommending authorities, design engineers
and scientists from DRDO labs, Ministry of Communications and
Information Technology, ISRO, BARC, CSIR labs, Academic
Institutions, Defence Officers from Army, Airforce & Navy,
PSUs and Private enterprises will be visiting the exhibition.
24 stalls each of 9 sq mt. are planned in ground and equal
numbers are planned in the first floor.

Exhibition Stall
Layout
The Stalls are pre- fabricated
Aluminium Octonorm structures with wall to wall carpet and a curved
Facia where the Stall No. and Name of the Company will be displayed
using Vinyl Stickers (Computer Print)
The stalls will be ready for
occupation by 2.30 pm on 24th Nov 10. Stall registration is
scheduled for 2.30 - 5.00 pm on 24th Nov 10.
Full payment for the stalls reserved
to be made on or before 30 Sep 2010 . Unpaid stalls will be allotted
to wait-listed companies
Each Stall will be provided with the
following:-
(a) 1 Table 3’x 2’
(b) 2 Chairs as
required (c) 1 Ac
power outlet 230V ,5 A, 3 Pin Socket (d)
3 spot lights
( depending on ambient light available to the stall based on
location ) (e) Coffee
/ Tea/ Lunch during breaks ( For 2 staff per stall)
If an Exhibitor needs any other item/ facility, it should be
requested in advance and additional charges as applicable to be paid
directly to the fabricator. All such requests can be e-mailed to the
